Michele Lammers, M.Ed., Ed.S.
Founder & Lead Trainer | Inclusive Skills Coaching & Training, LLC
Michele brings over two decades of experience in education, advocacy, and community inclusion. She holds a Master of Education and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Curriculum & Instruction, and is both a TECPDS Registered Trainer and an NASW-approved continuing education provider.
Her professional experience includes serving as a Systems Navigator for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) at Fort Hood and as the Region 12 Coordinator for Partners Resource Network, where she supported families of children with disabilities across Central Texas. These roles provided her with a deep understanding of both family needs and the systems that support them.
Today, Michele leads both Inclusive Skills Coaching & Training, LLC and the nonprofit Texas All Abilities Network, which she founded to build inclusive communities through awareness, advocacy, and family support.
As a parent of four children with disabilities, Micheleβs commitment to inclusion is both personal and professional. Her mission is to equip educators, families, and organizations with the skills and confidence to create communities where every individual feels valued and supported.
